Plexi Flexor End User License Agreement — v1.0 (Draft)
1. Grant of License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, PLEXL LLC ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Plexi Flexor solely in accordance with the tier you selected at signup. Commercial use is permitted only under Individual Pro, Team, or Enterprise tiers.
2. Continuous Synchronization Disclosure. The Plexi Flexor capability vault (vault-plexi-flexor) contains licensed material under continuous synchronization. The Plexi Flexor daemon maintains this content at its canonical server-controlled state, may revert local modifications, and removes capability content no longer covered by the active license. User customizations are authored in vault-personal or other user-vaults, which the daemon never modifies. All synchronized and pruned content is restorable by re-running plexi-flexor install after license reactivation.
3. Commercial Use. Free tier is for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the Free tier by or on behalf of any organization for commercial purposes is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in license revocation.
4. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Plexi Flexor, or create derivative works based on the capability content.
5. Anti-Replication. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer capability content from vault-plexi-flexor to any third party. Capability content is licensed, not sold.
6. Revocation. PLEXL LLC may revoke your license for material breach of this Agreement. Revocation propagates to all active installations within 60 seconds.
7. Telemetry. Plexi Flexor collects operational and usage telemetry as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to your tier's defaults and your opt-out choices. All telemetry is sanitized before transmission. Bucket 3 (content telemetry) is always opt-in.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties. Plexi Flexor is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall PLEXL LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Plexi Flexor.
10. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of PLEXL LLC.
This EULA is a draft pending legal counsel review. Section numbers referenced in the daemon-sync consent (§[N]) will be finalized in the released version.
